Nick joined Canterbury Partners in 2021, following experience in EY’s Strategy & Transactions division. He advises clients across the consumer products, general industrials and technology sectors on mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital raising. Nick spent 2024–2025 with Baird in London’s Technology & Services Investment Banking team, before returning to Canterbury Partners.
